Return Policy for Items Purchased on our E-shop:

• Items are eligible for a refund only if returned by postal mail. During the Christmas period, items purchased from 25 November onwards can be returned until 5 January.
• If the conditions of the offer are no longer met due to a return (if only one item is kept from the entire order), the refund will correspond to the price of the returned item minus the discount applied to the item kept.
  For example, if two sweaters were purchased for €90 each instead of €100 thanks to the offer "-10% on the cart for the purchase of 2 or more items". In the case of a return of one sweater, the refund will be €90 minus €10, resulting in €80. The €10 corresponds to the discount that was applied to the first sweater, which is kept.
