How to return an item purchased on our E-shop:

• Items can only be refunded if returned by post. Click HERE to return by post.
• Items may be exchanged or credited if returned to a store (excluding Galerie Lafayette, Printemps and Bon Marché).

 If you benefit from our additional 15% discount offer from two discounted items added to your basket (excluding accessories) and you subsequently decide to return some of these items, the following conditions will apply:

• If all the discounted items are returned, you will be fully refunded for each item returned.
• If you choose to keep only one discounted item, the additional 15% discount will no longer apply, as the conditions of the offer will no longer be met. The refund amount will then be adjusted accordingly and will be calculated as follows:

Amount paid - Amount of the item kept at the original price before -15%

In the example where 2 items sold at €100 are purchased, you benefit from -15% and therefore pay €170 instead of €200. If you return one of the two items, then you will be refunded €70.
